We operate the most productable materials in the season through ships operating in the original. The fish is then transported inside the cabin for screening and placed in the automation machine.
2 | screening operation
We begin to classify the fish by means of an automated machine inside the vessel. Through expert inspection, fish that have passed out or died are classified separately and fresh fish are selected.
3 | fillet operation
The selected fresh fish is carried out by machines and experts to separate the skin from the bones and flesh. The flesh of the finished fillet is screened once again through the cleaning plant and screening.
4 | Inspection
Products that have been fillet and cleaned will be inspected by metal detectors and experts. Experts examine and screen unnecessary foreign substances, such as metallic materials, and prepare packaging.
5 | packing operation
The products that have been inspected are packaged in the original form and quickly frozen before being exported to European countries such as Germany. Some of them are imported into Korea by packing them in name form to turn them into frozen dry wood.
6 | rapid freeze
We stack the products on a square frame in layers to form a block, and we block the product with only one quick freeze. The blocked and imported products are processed to create a forpetrit, a cube-type frozen dry snack.
